Again, welcome back @coolspear. I missed you. I hadn't played Sims in over a year because of all the updates. I mistakenly updated from the Origin app to the EA Beta app, which does not allow offline play. When I put Origin back on my laptop it forced the game update to 1.90. I was livid. It took hours, just like you, for me to do all the batch fixes. I am enjoying the game at this moment, so there's that. I'm not happy that you were also forced to update, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm glad you're back. You are one of my favorite modders, and you were truly missed.

Hey @coolspear! I'm very glad that you're ok! I haven't played Sims 4 for over a year. I just got so frustrated with all the updates and mods breaking. I was playing Cyberpunk and Mass Effect Legendary Edition during this time. I am currently on vacation, so I have the time to reorganize and I just updated my game today, deleted all of my mods, and started a fresh install. I have downloaded the new Mod Manager, and that's going to help with all the old CC I know I have. It is a good feeling to know that some of my favorite modders have come back along with me. I need some Sims fun back in my life. Be well, and thank you for sharing your mods with us.

THIS IS FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I'm planning to Cyberpunk from when it comes out until I go back to work on 12/21. Maybe I'll beat it, maybe I won't. I will, however be immersed. Thanks for this!

Does this mod still work? The quirks are very annoying and they keep coming back. I miss this mod SO much. I might get rid of my celebs if this can't be fixed.

This may be miraculous, but this may not be necessary anymore. I updated so I could play Uni so I had to remove your mods. When clothes are damp my sims actually dry them again with no complaints that I can see. They only get the clothes out once they're dry. It shocked me. My sims have never had damp clothes and I've pretty much been playing since the beginning of April since I've been home. Good luck with the updates and be well.

Supposedly the August patch fixed the issue with diners eating other diners food. I had to remove the mod for "diners behave less use other stuff". I kept getting LEs every time I took my sims out to eat after the patch. Once I removed that mod, the LEs stopped and the diners didn't eat the food or take any dishes. I still have the other mod for diners behaving which hasn't thrown any LEs for me.
@Coolspear a mea culpa. I discovered that I had 2 of this mod in separate folders when I did a search of my mods folder and they were from different dates. That may have caused my issue. Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to go back and play since I discovered my error. As soon as I can I will send my sims back to a restaurant and see if anything changes. My goddaughter just had a baby and life is very busy right now. I hope all is good with you and that this new "Magic" patch doesn't affect you badly. I'm not updating for a while because my game seems to be working nicely at this moment.

I’m with you Coolspear. I’m hoping to get some Sims time in later today. I’ll see what’s going on and report anything else weird Maxis has going on. Now I haven’t used your restaurant, I’ve just been adding the Maxis default restaurants that came with Dine Out. It’s still a hot mess in there.
-
I'm sorry that Maxis messed up stuff even more. I'm also sorry if my post sounded like I was complaining. I really appreciate all the work that goes into making and maintaining all of the mods you make. The restaurants are still a work in progress after all these additions. Your mods make it worth my while to go out to eat even though there are still issues. Your mods actually keep me playing the game, but I sure don't want you to be stressed. Your peace of mind has to come first, and I truly understand that.

Do you have any other tuning mods effecting beds? Any CC beds or mattress mods?
I do have CC beds but no tuning mods for beds. The CC beds are based on the Maxis beds so they all have the same tuning as yours. I'll remove all CC beds and see if that changes anything.

First, I want to thank you for this awesome mod. Now I can base the beds on the decor and not just the comfort. There seem to be some base model beds that are still uncomfy that I remember working with previous updates so I made a list of all the beds that remain at their regular comfort levels:
Sims beds not affected by Coolspear’s reworked beds mods:
1. Teen Dreams Single
2. Mod Pod Sleeper
3. Soothing Sleeper single
4. The Bunk
5. The Eminence
6. Double Mission single bed
7. Discretion Single bedsystem
8. Mod Pod Twin sleeper
9. The Barnish bed
10. Soothing Sleeper Double bed
11. The Utopiate
12. Dreamy Pad
13. Single Mission double bed
14. Discretion Double bedsystem
15. Rustic Dream bed
I believe that some may be ones that you said you would add later but I just scrolled through and listed all that are regular values.

Thank you SOOO much!!! If not for you I wouldn't want toddlers in my game!

I want to thank you for this. My mods folder is now extremely organized so I know whose mod is where and if it's a script or package file. Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for making my Sims 4 experience so much better. I am so appreciative of all the hard work you put in to make our games better. I can't play this game without mods and yours are essential.

Thanks for your quick response Cool1! I'm getting all of them now!

Thanks for all of your awesome mods Cool1! I have a question about this mod. I have Weerbesu's MTS mod for visitors not running on their way to a venue. Since these mods are for our playable sims are they compatible? I would love my sim not to run everywhere. It's just not believable.

I just saw this. RIP to your old GPU. I also got a new pc this year, my old one was over 5 years old and it started acting up. Thank you for this tutorial. I'm going to see how to make it better.
