Welcome back! I have not played Sims 4 in forever. I then went and updated the mods I still used and the very next day, a patch. I updated my mods, played with werewolves for a bit and then forgot about the game again. I have been playing Horizon Forbidden West this year. I even loaded up Sims 3 recently and started playing that again.
Good luck keeping the train wreck that is Sims 4 fun and if the mods I of yours I use are ever updated, I might even give it a go again. I was just reading about the Batuu, and I don't think I have ever even gone there. Maybe one day.

Oh neat! Thanks so much. I will be giving it a try as soon as I update S4S.
Edit: That was so super easy. Thanks again!

Is there a way to add New Skill day to this for being allowed? It's the only one I actually like besides the lottery.

Oh there's no rush. I don't usually have fireplaces, so I haven't had this mod in my game in eons. Thanks for looking into it.
Edit: I haven't had a single fire from any fireplace since that one. I wonder if it took a bit for the mod to take affect. I prefer this one because I don't really care if they catch fire while cooking. I just hate the stupidity of fireplaces being an issue.

Just thought I would check in with this. It says no update required and it is not on the list for things needing an update, so I shoved it in because the house I just found on the gallery has a fireplace in 300 different places.
SpoilerIt took less than 8 hours for this to happen. Just wondering if you had any thoughts as to what could have been changed.

I have been watching this mod forever and I finally have a house that i think this would look good in. I never find ones where the pool is visible to non-swimmers. Thank you :)

This mod has always worked for me and I'm back to grab it up again. I can't wait to get this back in game! Thank you so much!

ha, that's so awesome. Thanks for that :)

That is pretty cool. Thanks!

My sims have a habit of wearing weird outfits with turbans. I have them in groups of 10's all the time. I will even make them active and it is not a part of their outfits. God, I hope this helps. Thank you!

OMG! Thank you so much! I'm going to put it in right now and check this out! I'm so excited right now.
I have already posted in the challenge I'm doing's thread to warn people that they would have to do this aspiration before jobs and family and to be prepared to stay in Granite Falls for at least 3 seasons. The only good thing is that I'm doing this with vampires, so it could possibly just go on forever.
Edit 10 hours later: @coolspear Just popping back in later on to say how well this mod worked. She was able to identify both and complete the portion of her milestone. This was such a wonderfully nice thing to do and I adore you. Thanks, again.

Man, I got so excited for this and then saw the world plants stay default.
It has taken my sim 4 sim years to just to eat the unidentified plant for the Outdoor Enthusiast. By the time the plant is finally growing, it goes dormant because the season changes. I think she is on 8/10 because she has to wait two more seasons for the Spring to roll around (for the 3rd time) for the morel mushroom and false morel to come back into season. Then she has to have enough vacation from work built up so that she can stay there for 2 seasons. One for them to respawn from their mound and with the hope that it can be harvested by summer.
This is by far the worst @#$@#$ thing. It's the only aspiration I need in a challenge where I have to complete each and every aspiration. I want to bitch slap the moron who thought this crap up.

Oh okay. Thanks! I have never had a sim do one without being told to, so I was just wondering.
-
Yeah, it's not adults normally. If a baby cries, a child will go up to watch it/talk to it. I play a lot of challenges where you only have one controllable sim, so it is just an annoyance. I now just ban all children from certain rooms by locking doors.
-
Oh this is so cool!
Is there a way to push child/teen sims to do them? I have an uncontrollable child and I set it out with no luck. I had his siblings start it and had him join, but the starting child got credit for it.
-
Yay, thanks for the update!

I circumvent the ellipses by --- using dashes! Wahaha.
Anyway, I have not tried this as I am playing TS3 today, but maybe it improves the lunchbag contents instead of an actual relationship.

Thank you!

Thank you so much! Off the home lot, all you see are piles and piles of leaves with smelliness. They stay there throughout the whole year and it's so gross.
-
Thank you!
Will this help with the child watching the baby and blocking the path of a parent? I had a child stand in front of a bassinet for so long the social worker came.
-
Thank you!

I am so sick of my stupid vampires lighting that stupid fireplace to warm themselves and then catch on fire. I do have the no fire from fireplaces or something, but this will benefit also.
Thank you!
-
Thank you! Father Winter gave my sims a karaoke machine, but no one will go near it unless I tell them to.
-
Omg. Thank you so much! I'm doing a challenge where you can only fix things between noon and 1 every day. It started raining at a party and I had to buy a new stereo, then it would rain again, buy a new-- you get the idea.
A minute's silence. Commemorating my loyal GPU.

RIP 970! What did you replace it with?
I haven't been around much for a long, long time. I remember when I got my geforce 550 and thought I was cool shit 800 years ago. I played it until it died.
Haha! I usually update my computer every couple of years. I did my last one two years ago with my first ever (and LAST) pre-built computer. It was a very, very expensive paperweight until this week. I couldn't even play Peggle Deluxe. I swear Newegg put a limiter or something on that damn thing. Everything I did crashed whatever game I tried to play. I moved everything to my Omen work laptop (1660 nvidia) and was fine. Then I started working two jobs and then this year I started college (unreal at my advanced age). I am now transitioning from a hospital job to a remote job and have been off work and bored as hell.
I reformatted my computer the other day. I have a 1tb hdd with barely anything on it, as all my main crap is on two 1 tb hdd. So, I have been working on getting my sims games downloaded (F you EA app). It won't work. I had to copy my games from the laptop to a 4tb external, transfer to my other computer and Sims 3 ep and stuff packs are still not recognized (but you can see them just fine in the launcher.shrug). Sims 2 finally works without crashing or pink flashing lights. And I am updating all of my mods for Sims 4 today.
The computer that was a paperweight? MSI AEGIS - Intel Core i7-10700KF - 16 GB DDR4 - 1 TB HDD + 1 TB SSD - GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - Windows 10 Home - Gaming Desktop (questionable)
I. Couldn't. Play. PEGGLE! a 400 mb game! I am not savvy enough to build my own, and the ex is an asshat and lives 1100 miles away.
Long story short. Thanks for the tutorial. I am going to do this right now.
