Setting up a world with new sims, no one has skills or jobs and no one is worth more than 1k. That should make this contest a breeze >.<

Had an old laptop that wouldn't work. I put it on ebay and it sold as is for the horrendous price of $3.86, but the winner didn't pay (I have a 12 hour rule on payment) so I cancelled the order. I randomly decided to plug it in just now.and randomness be damned, it's charging! :o I'll see if the charge holds and try to set up an OS on it.

That could be it. I have a bunch of those in the house so I'll rip her apart again and see if that can be replaced.

Well, back to the drawing board. It turns on but nothing comes on the screen. Not even a BIOS.

Yep, I've installed 2 (Ultimate collection that was a free thing on Origin a while ago), and I'm working on Sims 3. I want to buy the few expansion packs I'm missing, but.might find them on sale in town.
I noticed Sims 4 is pretty reasonable on Origin right now, but I'm still not sure I want to go for it.

I remember when I last played TS3, Story Progression reached about around University where it became more trouble than good. Not just stagnating characters and causing issues with the town, but humongous lag. I was so scared I'd have to remove entire boatloads of CC.all I did was take out Story Progression and the game became heaps better.

Ugh long day! Didn't have time for sims, Aion just keeps kicking me off the server so I played Drakensang again for the first time in well over a year. I had forgotten how much fun it was!

Watching my oldest play Minecraft for the first time, on the Playstation 4 version of the game, is quite comical, haha. Thankfully I had the foresight to put it in the peaceful mode of the game for him for now.

First experience was with pocket edition.
I went through my first night and was so traumatised I not only switched the game to peaceful mode.I totally forgot I had done it and was still terrified of the night for about a month's worth of playing before realising there wouldn't be any more monsters.

I've been liking 8.1 myself. Haven't tried sims 3 yet, but it seems to be far superior at backwards compatibility than 8 was. I'm even playing Windows 95/98 era games with no hitch.

My sims now disappear when they go down the stairs in the house I just built. WTF?

I usually managed to fix that by just resetting my sims, and the lot if it persisted.

we're checking on two of the big petstore chains in the States, Petco and Petsmart. they frequently have $1 per gallon sales, which means I could get the same size or bigger PLUS some fish and animals for a little more than this tank, and way less than the tank would be at Walmart (149)

Cleaned out my purse---I found 4 bottles of hand santizer and 13 pens, among other things. Overkill maybe? lol I had wondered what had happened to all of my pens.
