      I have often had traffic noise hang in my game and lag happen mainly when sims go to work in the morning or are coming home.

      I've had sim's voices, like a sim yelling, hang my game. I think the game doesn't like too much audio things happening at once or it's just the game engine getting overworked with too many things at once.

    Lo and Behold! SP is, well, progressing again as soon as personalities are gone. :( I liked them.

      I think it's all the sp personalities. I'm in Jericho, with veeery low pop (only my household + simsample's dozen or so that she created for that world). Sucks cuz they are sooo entertaining.

    Random thought as my game was loading and I was thinking about the family I'm fixing to start playing: has anyone "hybrid-ed" a ghost-werewolf? I think I'd have to start them as a playable ghost, then add the werewolf. Hmmm. I might have to test that combo before I start a real game.

      I am considering making the dead father of my grown married guy. The one thing that always bothers me about starting a fresh game with new sims is that there are no older family genetics to make things more interesting.

    Alright, all you fellow country music fans! This post is almost a week late in coming, but it's officially "Cupid's Got a Shotgun" month. (That's my favorite valentine- or romantic-themed song.)

    Uh, oops. Got distracted last night and spent the ENTIRE night on a dl spree. Literally. (tess's fault for mentioning Anubis blog.) Well, I did stop before dawn to get the big pile of clean clothes on my bed put away. and a couple more loads washed.

    Jericho is almost ready! Just have to put in simsample's households, save that as a start file for less work in the future, add my household, and tweak SP's immigration, then I'll be good to go, sans zombie apocalypse. BTW, if anyone has/knows someone who has created households specifically for Jericho houses, we can move this to a thread if you want to share. Everyone else creates more interesting sims than me.

    Apparently I'm playing a zombie apocalypse without having intended (or wanted!) to. Oops. Note to self: Don't turn on the zombie diseases in Vector without being prepared for the consequences!

      I didn't even last the day that Jenn did. I tried to tolerate a few hours, but my alchemist witch didn't have the money, gardening/collecting level, or resistance to the disease to be of any use.

    Oopsy-Daisy! I put Vector in just to have it and decided "Why not?" I turned on all the diseases. Now my household of one of each of the six supernatural types have all caught the zombie disease! I'm gonna have my alchemist wizard cure the ones he can (himself, first!) before I resort to trying the hospital.

    Woo! After several days, pretty much done with the mod update/revamp. Officially have NO non-standard files in my mods folder, thank you Dashboard. Almost ready to tackle some game time.

    For those of you who haven't had time to check twallan's wiki yet, there was an emergency update to Woohooer late last night.

      I have my browser set up to automatically open a search browser, this site, MTS, and his updates page. If I see something's updated, I check the state of the mod page.

    Ow. First 50 or so pages of the MTS Game Mods section done, only about as many that aren't gonna happen. I don't even wanna think about how many hours I just wasted that will have been pointless once I'm done downloading from here, too. My head hurts. At least twallan's list hasn't grown by much, so I can check that off the list.

    Sucking it up for the CC revamp. Deleted all my cc furniture and decoration today, since, for all that I download, I never seem to build with it. *quakes in fear of the hair file*

    Learning to navigate the web from my iPod touch. I seem to keep accidentally picking links instead of scrolling or zooming. Oy.

      I do that sometimes on my iPhone, which is why I prefer my iPad for web surfing when I'm away from my desktop.
