Someday that same child will be your best friend. The hardest thing in the world, I think, is being a parent. Then one day they smile at you and say thanks for all you did, and the world smiles.

Kids will always be volatile with parents, especially when they're young. Jut remember they know nothing of the world, or life, and are pretty much useless (No offense XD) Once they've lived out there, and see how all the "sucky" things you did were for their own good, they'll thank yo.

In a nutshell, kids are dumb. I have two of them, and they are dumb. I remember being dumb. Thankfully I got me some smarts now. I know it hurts when they say things like that. Just remember that he doesn't mean it, not really. One day he will regret ever saying such things. *hugs*
