Two weeks not being able to eat meat and several other items has been sooo HARD! Only two more days to go and I can slowly and carefully start adding things back to my meals. What should I have first?

Shredded chicken is a possibility. What I am craving is a steak salad but that would have too many things to start off with at once and it would have to be cut so small. I will probably go with your suggestion first Nellas. Can't wait to be back to "normal" :)
