I've had all of one I didn't provoke as well and it was at University.

I don't get them in dystopian future either. I say there and waited all day looking at the sky and nothing >:( I'm thinking it is because I want one!

I never had anything like that, yes satellites are supposed to fall in Sims 2 none I have played for 8 years now.
