TechCat Posted March 20, 2025 Report Posted March 20, 2025 Due to the Start of INZOI early access, we start here too. your thoughts?
Rosewin Posted March 20, 2025 Report Posted March 20, 2025 I am probably not going to get it till I have a computer that can handle it, but I am really looking forward to seeing what others think of the game play.
TechCat Posted March 20, 2025 Author Report Posted March 20, 2025 the only big issue i know is the graphics card. it is a *bit* hungry. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10/11 Processor: Intel i5 10400, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Memory: 12 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 2060 (6G VRAM), AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (6G VRAM) DirectX: Version 12 Network: Broadband Internet connection Storage: 40 GB available space RECOMMENDED: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10/11 Processor: intel i7 12700k, AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D Memory: 16 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 3070 (8G VRAM), AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (16GB VRAM) DirectX: Version 12 Network: Broadband Internet connection Storage: 60 GB available space
Firestaar1 Posted March 20, 2025 Report Posted March 20, 2025 I'm very excited to give this one a whirl. Thankfully my system falls between Medium-Recommended requirements. For recommended my graphics card & processor is like 1 model shy to meet it; however, they all exceed medium requirements. And I didn't see much difference between Medium & recommended, so crossing fingers I can play this nicely with my computer.
KayBee Posted March 20, 2025 Report Posted March 20, 2025 Yeah, at the very minimum I need to upgrade my graphics card. I'm not even close. My PC could handle the rest. I will admire your ZOIs in the meantime.
RedMallie Posted March 21, 2025 Report Posted March 21, 2025 My graphics card is the minimum required, but the rest of my system fall in the recommended, so I think I'll get it and see how it looks on my graphics card. I'll see if / when I can upgrade that later on.
Memerlin Posted March 21, 2025 Report Posted March 21, 2025 My laptop won't be able to run the game, but I'm so excited! I really look forward to this game either killing The Sims or making EA snap out their current business model.
Kimi Posted March 21, 2025 Report Posted March 21, 2025 ^^ This! And thy this, I mean the business model.
Kendrana Posted March 30, 2025 Report Posted March 30, 2025 (edited) Trying to figure out whether my PC meets certain requirements has always confused me, so I'm unsure whether the game would work on mine. I don't know how some of you are making the determination that the game would run or not run and on what settings. The storage amount (60GB) is quite a lot. Unfortunately, my monthly internet download amount is limited. Even though I'm not planning to get the game any time soon, I'd have to ask my brother if my PC meets the requirements; he knows basically everything about computers. TechCat Posted March 30, 2025 Author Report Posted March 30, 2025 @Kendranathere is an easy way to check. go to the microsoft store, there is a *free* app called aida64, which can show you basic info about your pc, while this app is not showing much info on a laptop, its greas on a desktop.
Kendrana Posted March 31, 2025 Report Posted March 31, 2025 (edited) Thank you! That app makes it a lot easier to find the necessary information. System: Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 Memory: 16 GB RAM CPU Model: AMD Ryzen 7 5800 8-Core Processor, 3.40 GHz DirectX Version: DirectX 12 Display: AMD Radeon RX 6700 X, 12GB Video Memory, 8144MB Shared System Memory Windows: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit Given all of this, I'm still not completely sure where my PC stands overall compared to the various game requirements. It will put a small app on your computer which is safe according to Norton, and you can delete at any point. Anyway, it reviews your specs and compares them to the specs for the game.

My knowledge of computers and technology (in general) is mainly limited to the basics. It changes so quickly and often that it's difficult for me to keep up with. It kind of surprised me that the game would run on medium settings, given that it's nearly three years old. 13 hours ago, Firestaar1 said: I found out where mine was by going here and putting in inZoi as game, and clicking on the can you run it. There is something off with that app in my case, because it indicated my computer failed all of the minimum requirements except the Windows operating system and the amount of free disk space. Somehow having 16GB of RAM failed the minimum requirement of 12GB, for example. Thanks for suggesting that as an option, though. My guess is that there may be something about my particular PC that's preventing that site from detecting the hardware correctly.
