I know it's been a long time but just curious if this mod still works?

I'm assuming he means his game just freezes up and he loses the will to live, lol.  I too use the BetterBuildBuy mod and UI cheats, so far so good. I haven't noticed any issues.  Well. nothing other than the usual bs.  Tbh, I took a break from the game for awhile so I guess I never had to deal w the "Shopping Cart" issue.  When I read this thread this morning I was a little confused and scared it was gonna start affecting my game as well.  Didn't realize TwistedMexi removed it until I saw you mention it.  Thank goodness for Modders cuz we sure as can't count on Maxis for anything.

Been anxiously awaiting your updates post for your Visitors Never Leave mod lol.  Then I remembered this mod and thought "Oh maybe he added it into that mod?!".  LOL Nope.  Aw well, I'll keep on waiting.  Thanks for this tho, seriously

Hey there, just curious.what happened to your 1.80 mods thread?  My pc died so I came back here to grab my lost mods and noticed the thread was missing.  I know a bunch were outdated but I believe some still worked?!   I remember having them before and just replacing them as you updated them.  Is there someplace else I should be looking? 

Edit:  Am I just supposed to assume that it's okay to download everything individually from their respective threads?  I wasn't doing that because some of them haven't been updated in awhile and I wasn't sure if they still worked or not (unless you'd specifically specified).

There's also a bug atm that if you leave the lot w an infant on it, when you come back the infant will randomly be somewhere else in the world.  I was playing in Forgotten Hollow and when I went home the infant was all the way up the hill outside Vlads house.  Classic MAXIS stupidity!

Yes, the Overrides Folder needs to be called "Overrides".  The game will know from the custom "resource.cfg" file that's included in this download.  Which tells the game that the overrides folder has higher priority than all your other mods and to load them first.

Gotta be honest, I've given up on cribs.  The fight to keep the infant in the crib is real.  SO now every infant I have is a Floor Baby!

So out of curiosity,  have you noticed anything different in the game since you've updated, like the sims being mean and fighting more? @coolspear I wonder what they've changed in the game?  Anything look different in the code? I can't seem to have a family anymore cuz all they do is bitch and moan to their family members until they all have "hurt sentiments" about one another.  That HURT sentiment really drops their friendship levels.  I know a lot of people have complained about it to EA but they seem to be clueless, as usual *rolls eyes*.  Maybe I should just turn off Sentiments?!  I feel like that addition was right around the time my sims started being dickheads.
