MC command center allows you to change the work outfit by clicking on sim, choosing MC command, sim commands, change work outfit.

I'm not 100% positive, but i do believe they did come with that expansion.

I have not seen any of the concert, circus calls in a long time.  The one time i did get the secret concert invite, it ever played through and my sim never disappeared to the rabbithole.  if you can fix this, you would become Gawd!!!  thank you so much for everything :)
