      Speak of the devil -- my AC broke part of one fan blade and jammed, I removed that bit and now it's unbalanced as it spins. Probably will die soon.

      That's horrible! I hope th fixes aren't too expensive! We are in a week long heat advisory and I have to suffer until early afternoon before turning on our AC. J is such a cheapskate.
