Kate, are you in the USA, because that's where it is. I highly doubt there will be compensation. UPS was all over the news for the massive ineptness recently.

Yes I forgot you are in Canada. I was lucky even with the lateness recently my packages got through. Considering that Missoula MT is not a main hub to anywhere (at least airlines) that was amazing.

We got several items we ordered for Christmas several days late. UPS even rented U-Haul trucks here and brought in workers from other states.
