Where are you guys seeing 1.47? On thesims3.com it's 1.46

The other changes must have been too minor at the times of the past patch creations, so they combined them all into this 1.47 patch. This patch is mainly for adding the files needed for the 70s, 80s, 90s SP that is upcoming.
