I had 7 kitties on a farm many years ago. they were amazing hunters and kept the chicken coops, goat shed, and horse stalls rodent-free. They had the intriguing habit of sitting along the top of the outdoor chicken pen we used when we didn't want them roaming everywhere.

.once, Amadeus (I still have him) dropped into the pen to check them out a bit more closely.

.just once. lol
