Aha, this is great to know. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Thanks for the update. Is this career and the detective career the same as the doctor career? Meaning, do you have to be at a certain level in these careers (level 8 or so) in order to play or it will break the career?

Hi @Icarus& @DolphinLuvr5I'll certainly look into this when I have the time. Hopefully later on tonight when I'm satisfied the science career mods are working as they should. There was nothing wrong with them. But due to all the new changes to the mods being put through a big patch, I just had to double-check everything works. It does, so I can move on and check these reports next.
But for the interim, I'll quickly ask are you using the newly reworked doc career mod from Part 3? The big one, with all the new staff and such the like? If so, are you aware it now only works for doctors of a high career level? Anything less than level 8 and it will break the career, probably in the way that's been reported here.
Either way, I'll know by tonight if it's something I need to fix or not.
Yes, I am using the newly reworked mod from Part 3. I apologize. I forgot about the mod only working for doctors when they reach a high level. I will raise my doctor's career level and try again. Thank you for your reply and next time I will read the instructions more carefully. :-)

The same is happening in my game. I thought it was because of a conflicting mod but it not. Any help given is appreciated.

Yes and she also had 2 career mods as well.

@twoftmama - thank you
@coolspear - Found and fixed problem. Forgot I had Brittpinkie's mods in there and was told earlier today that they are broken. Once removed, everything is back to normal. I am so glad it was not your mod . I don't like to play my doctor sim without it.

Coolspear,
I hope I am posting this issue in the correct place. My patches are all up to date and I am running windows 10. I use both Doctor Re-imagined and MCCC mods together. I noticed in the last 2 months that If I play my self sim (I am a doctor) or any other sims family that has a doctor sim, that sim won't actually go to work on their own when it is time. The game says the sim went to work and shows at work but they are actually staying home. I can control them and can click tasks for them to complete but all of their functions don't work. If I choose to go to work with them, then they work just fine. If I have MCCC activated then it give me an exception error message right before the sim supposedly goes to work. If I remove MCCC it doesn't give me a error message of course, but the sim still won't go to work but says it is at work. if I remove the Doctor Re-imagined mod, sometimes the doctor will go to work without me but most times not. There is no option to make sim leave work. I am wondering if the mods are conflicting or if this is a sims 4 core issue with the doctor career? Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you. My main sim can go back to work now. I don't like the doctor career without your mod.
