@coolspear I figured as much. It took me a moment to realize my err. I still have paparazzi and swooning fans and everything else when I visit community lots, though I hadn’t taken note as to whether the Paparazzi are all-in-one or not. I do have most of the world control mods installed and I did place my own celebrities and made over the maxis ones and made sure to go into each household, but I have no walkbys at all anymore ( not even maxis) which makes sense. 

I created an apartment complex complete with shopping and a crap load of street life objects in del sol valley on the 64x64 lot because I’m an idiot and I completely overlooked the fact that the mod most likely has not been updated yet to include the new town Smh. Anyway, I don’t know if this is helpful or not, but I thought I would report back in case it is. Obviously no street fun seeker or any other NPC from the mod showed up , but also the regular neighborhood NPCs I had walking by before putting the mod back in have also disappeared. There is not a single sim or pet anywhere in sight; which leads me to assume the same would be said for the vacation worlds ( I have not tested that yet though). Just reporting what I observed so far. Thank you sooo much for deciding to update btw. You are the real MVP. I literally refused to move to s4 until I realized you were modding for it and I cannot imagine it without you.
