Ditto. Happened too many times, I'm wondering if it's really worth the shot again.

Picky would describe me pretty good as well, so what's been happening lately is I open the game, look at the houses, look at my actual house, ponder, and end up closing the game to watch either Ghost Hunters, Fringe, or the Borgias. Sigh.

Totally agree. And building a house is a lot of time investment so it doesn't help.

I believe piano will also work for this. Actually, I think all instruments do :)

That technique to remove stuff from a merged package works flawlessly. :)

I had some custom skin, hair and contact on my sim, and I was also using some of armiel's stuff. After merging everything with CCM, I opened my game and I saw that my sim's skin was black and her hair got replaced. Armiel's shelves had completely vanished with everything I had put on them.

I'm not saying that the program isn't good, and I followed Mimm's tutorial when I tried it.

It's just that for me, at that moment, redecorating wasn't an option,.

In my case, when I tried it, it messed up my actual game, I guess because it's moving things around and renaming things. In the end, I had to remove it because everything was quite messed up.

My Sim's look wasn't the same and her house was pretty much emptied by this.

I guess it's safer to start using this program only if you aren't already set to play, and I failed to read it when I was checking the tutorial.
