Made home made mayonnaise today. My mum made it when I was a kid and it's awesome with tuna. Tonight it's stir fried chicken with capsicum, stir fried veg and rice.

Yes. I had only juice for about three days then stared slowly adding more solid food. I am going to try and keep away from refined sugar and gluten as much as I can. I am still juicing in the morning, vegetables not fruit.
I am feeling pretty good so far.
