When cats go into labour, they go into quiet little corners well away from everyone. We had a got who got pregnant and this is what she did - she hid in the closet of the oldest daughter of his girlfriend at the time.

She nested in our shed, made quite a wreck of some old clothes to do that too but she is not there and judging by the clothes, it is not where she had any kittens. She is/was a stray though so maybe she had lots of places like that around the block?
