If you have the cleaned Pleasantview templates, Brandi has the chances every other Sim has to have a boy or girl. If you have the Pleasantview out of the box, the baby is always a boy because Skip was disconnected from the pregnancy, so the baby is a opposite gender clone of Brandi. In the cleaning of the templates Skip was re-connected to the pregnancy so it works like every other Sim pregnancy.
