Thank you! These will work out perfectly in a health club I have in mind!

Sorry to post again here because the edit ability expired an hour ago. I placed the bar on the same lot the original Sand Bar bar was at, and I got a popup saying that an item had been removed in Build Mode. The thing is. I have everything from this thread to make sure I did have everything.
I wasn't sure what item had been taken off.
I'm curious if you have the Mochino pack installed and might have used something from it? Because I don't have that latest pack yet. Making sure I didn't miss anything.
Plus I can't remember if there IS a Sims 4 program to view the content of a lot before installing it or not.
EDITED:
Found the problem. It was a potted palm tree or coconut tree that is missing on the right side of the bar as shown in the 7th picture down the initial post (or 8th if you count the 1st pic) where there should be three potted plants instead of two.
That might be the missing potted plant (coconut or palm tree) causing a popup alert in my game. Thought to let you know what's up with the island plants.
But still, I like this bar. Very festive!

The Sims look like they know how to party there! Thank you for this island bar. Definitely a better one than the ones I saw so far!

Fantastic stuff! Thanks so much!

The "Off the Grid" lot trait did have appeal if I want to play a themed world where -no one- is allowed to use electricity such as the Amish or the periods such as Victorian, Medieval and etc. But the trait do limit a lot of options for players. I wouldn't put this trait on every lot in my older game saves, but if I feel like playing a themed world, this would be it.
The trait does have issues itself when Sims have WHIMS to buy electronics. There should have been a check in place to prevent Sims from having those strange whims to buy fridges (Yes, fridges ), stereos, washers (despite the fact they live by the WATER) and other electronics.
I had the Cornucopia dispenser before the patch that actually worked on a "Off the Grid" lot like a normal fridge. After the patch, anything electronic shouldn't work But the problem is. this is a Coolspear custom ICE box that should fully function on a "Off the Grid" lot. A beautiful, perfectly stocked dispenser approved by Coolspear. Butter is in the fridge.
In theory, Maxis did have the right idea for the "Off the Grid" lot trait. But they could have done more with it. Like natural sources of power such as windmills, solar panels or water to power only a few items that are tagged to work on these lots. Those objects would have been awesome to use.
I wouldn't mind playing that kind of lot once in a while, but it was definitely a challenge furnishing a home to meet the Sims' basic needs.

Just FYI: The August 8th patch made changes to the fridges to meet/fail the requirements for the "Off the Grid" lot trait. The changes the patch did to the Maxis fridges affected the custom fridges in this section. Nothing that have not thrown game errors yet, but if anyone comes here to say the options do not work, they need to check if the lot has the "Off the Grid" trait first before they dive deep into their issues.
Maxis fixed the electronics (fridges and everything else using electricity) finally. A laptop I placed on my Sim's table worked before the change to the requirements of the "Off the Grid" trait, and after the patch, the laptop options greyed out because it, after all, does use electricity.
In short, the fridges from this section do work on normal lots. Only certain fridges work on these "Off the Grid" lots. Which ones? I don't know yet. I figure to check the cooler and see if it works because. it is a cooler after all.

We did stop to smell the roses along the garden path. Thank you for the wonderful bed mod. My Sims say thank you for saving their tushies.

Is it possible to look into the beachcombing and digging issue where Sims kept autonomously beachcombing almost nonstop? I have this mod installed and discovered the Sims were just digging up left and right. I cancelled their actions only to see them do it again.

My mouth was already drooling. Thanks for the BBQ mod!

I had a mod that became defunct to fix the stuck vampire energy motive too. But that mod from the other site haven't been updated. Thank you for coming up with a better one. Now my Vampires can have a damn reason to spend points in protecting themselves from the evil sun!

I saw this on Carl's Sims 4 Guide site and remembered why I didn't get the crown for my Sims. The crystals are shortlived, and the batteries get depleted pretty quickly.

Wow! Thank you for this awesome mod!

Nope, it's just your painting mod. LittleMsSam has a similar painting mod, but hers is a slower variety for those who like to make their Sims suffer art enough.
I thought these emotion paintings were somehow left out of the mod.
Sounds like something I am looking forward to!

Sorry for necro'ing the thread, @coolspear I was playing a family in which one Sim is a painter with the appropriate traits to create masterpiece paintings. She painted all but one type of paintings quickly. The one that she could not paint quickly is the Math Diagram painting I had her do to decorate an office with a lot of items boosting Focus.
Is it possible to look into this and see if this and other emotion paintings were included with the mod to speed up the painting on all of them?

May we offer you refreshing drinks as our biggest thanks? This was something that came up in my mind last week when I attempted to find working surfaces to create "store rooms down in the basements" in one house.
Thanks for the awesome invention!

Thanks for the feedback! I haven't activated MCCC yet, but I will turn off the settings once I load up a new save. I haven't seen anyone else ask about this since the Overrides folder was important for certain mods to function properly. Cheers!

@coolspear , I hope everything is going well for you lately! I had to redownload the mods on my new laptop after my old computer was stolen a couple of weeks ago. But anyways, something occurred in my mind. I'd like to get your feedback on the 300Sims mod. I am curious if I put this mod into the Overrides folder, will this particular mod override the settings in MCCC? The naming convention and order of the folders is still a bit hazy for me as far as Sims 4 goes.
What do you think?

Hence those chess tournaments at the park I mentioned the other day, all wanting to play chess, on the same chess table, at the same time. Not play on the five different chess tables in the park, no, no, no. All on the same one, all of them, for hours, once autonomy picked it. Or all off to play darts at once, cause the game picked it as the autonomous action to push in the moment, and max setting forced everyone to be called. Eight sims at home all wanting to go view the same painting on the wall at once. Patients in hospital getting up to go to another bed, the "chosen bed" they gather around en mass, no sooner than your doc started examining each one!!!
I will try your rennovated mod!

Hmmm. It sounded like Maxis used a technique from Sims 3 to create the secret lab and lock each floor that way. Interesting. The issue with that lab is that it doesn't stay unlocked once the Sim actually unlock the door to each level. I had to go through this all over again even though my Sim had a key card.
As for generating Strangerville citizens, I plan to clean out Strangerville in my empty save. The problem is that I don't know who exactly is the -key- NPC to do the story with. Time for messing around in the new world. I liked the new world. It's very interesting. Reminded me of "The Close Encounter of the Third Kind".

Wow. Looks fantastic!! Just curious. Which is 18? Or 17? Thumbs up for the hard work on our lovable Big Mama and her toys!

I was using the TS33 version since this mod was first released. I noticed minor hiccups with the TS33 and thought the Sims were slightly slower and sometimes stuck on their tasks.
Now, I'm trying the TS8 version to see if the process becomes faster for my Sims to move around and do tasks without lag in my large family. I have 5 adults, 2 teens and 3 children on my lot totaling 11 Sims altogether. I used the other simulation lag fix mod before, but like some have said, that mod wasn't updated in a while.
I am wondering if there is a difference in how Sims 4 is played on Intel- and AMD-based computers when these computers process ingame commands to run tasks and Sims? Not sure if the lag issue is related to the CPU and GPU we use in our machines.
Hopefully, the TS8 will work better than the TS33.

That does sound like a great idea modifying the Regions to suit each world like that. But there is one thing I am wondering about. If the Region (as you call it) is modified for Granite Falls (I think that's the world you're talking about) to become a permanent winter world, won't the secret Hermit area also be affected? I read there are special plants and bugs there that only appear during certain seasons. I may have read the information wrong on Carl's site. Just correct me if I'm wrong.
Oasis Springs, Jungle Adventure world (I kept thinking of it as El Salvador ) and Strangerville gave me a distinct impression they were supposed to be hot year 'round. Why didn't we get the option to customize the worlds like we did in Sims 2 and 3 was beyond me.
Plus, I checked out Magnolia Blossom. It looked so BEAUTIFUL!! No missing objects! Whee!!

If Sims were able to experience diarrhea from drinking coconut-based drinks, I think I will throw my towel in and call it a day.
