Try the If It Fits Your Macros mentallity, Mimm. I hit a terrible plateau, and once I adopted this diet style, the weight really came off easily - and I had something sinful almost daily at a few points. It takes a little extra effort since you have to monitor your calories, protein, and fat, but it really saves you from the mental torture of typical diets.
Pretty much all you have to do is meet your daily protein (I try to hit 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, but you can go less) a.

.and daily fat (.5 gram for me) without going over your caloric limit. So long as you meet those and stay within the limit, you can allow for 'cheats' as you'd like.
