Hello @coolspear
After the November 7th game update I noticed a lot of mods were having issues. After going through all my mods one by one I found that your doctor career mods were causing a camera game glitch. Everything would work fine but I would not be able to zoom in, rotate the camera, or have any camera control. Your mods were the only mods active when I came across this. I then tested with custom content and mods that i deemed were a-okay and the game ran fine. Once i put your mods back into the mods folder I again experienced the camera issue.
