I'm not talking about doing nothing and waiting for things to settle by themselves. I'm talking about doing the best you can and even beyond that and things, about which Disney is talking, are not happening. So, instead of saying that this is universal, he should say that it works for some and it doesn't work for others. That is my point. Nothig in this life is universal.
