This is the time when AC would be the perfect thing. Try to stay cool. Maybe a nice cool bath and cool compresses.

Kimi - you won't believe this. I get seriously sick even from the car AC. When we had a car, we can't use AC because I will be heavely sick for days. That's why I told you that I would rather die then to live like this. being a burden to everyone in my household.
