My 9 year old son says to me "what are sims doing when then jump under the blankets?" I said "they are sleeping" he replies, "no, I mean what are they doing when they are moving around under the blankets?" I said "trust me, they're just sleeping" 0_o

Shouldn't he know the "basics" as a nine year old? Maybe the sims are not a good example though.

He knows that men have sperm (he calls it swerm, lol) and women have eggs and you need both to make a baby, but he doesn't quite know the method of delivery yet.
