OMG these sims. I kept getting notices that a married couple couldn't move in together for lack of a suitable house, so I gave them a ton of extra cash. They used that to buy a rental property and a car, but not a house. Idiots.

There are certain conditions that must be met for
Sims to be able to move in with Twallan's SP. It sounds like the conditions weren't met so that couple didn't buy a house. Sims are stupid, but in that case it was SP.

He has a horse and she's got a couple kids, so I made sure to place a big lot with 4 bedrooms and stables and no dice. I don't know what more they could want.

If you use Master Controller Focus Home Inspection it will tell you what is wrong with it.
