That is the last time I take an antihistamine, even on my doctor's advice. Bloody thing has wiped me out for over 12 hours.

Yeah they make me drowsy and sleep as well, I rarely take them. Hope it at least helped!

I take 3 a day and they no longer phase me at. Hard core druggie here. ;)

I've only taken them once when my whole upper body, except for face, broke out in hives from an antibiotic I was on, and got VERY itchy. It was the only way I could get any relief to sleep
