Why is it that MM CC hair is based on game content, and yet it is significantly more appealing to the eye than the original by EAxis? *wonders while going through a download spree*

I think it's something like this:
Maxis designer: I have x amount of time to create all the hairstyles for this new pack.
CC creator: I will keep farting around with this new hairstyle, until I like the result and actual human beings would subscribe to my Patreon because they like my work too.
