Had my first day of work today.

Not quite. I have one more year to go. Fun fact, my new boss is actually my study partner, so she knows first hand the effort that goes into the course. After that I will probably start a course in disability, which is the field I am now working in.

Five hour assessment today. My brain is fried but I finally gave myself permission to play sims.

I have my results back. I only have six corrections to make and I will be good.

I swear if Vlad comes into my Sim's house again, I'm going to put a stake through his heart. I don't mind once in a while but Jesus dude!

I laugh because he has only ever in invaded one of my sims home. Lets hope I haven't jinxed myself.

Thought I had better check in. All is well here but I have been really busy with study. I have finished one major assessment and I have three assessments due in the next few weeks. Plus we have been renovating the house. I opened sims for the first time tonight, but won't have much time to play until around the end of June.

I hope that you're all safe and happy. This is a weird time that we are living in but I know we will get through it.

Things are getting serious here, lots of restrictions and my classes have finally gone online. I was getting quite distressed about having to travel on the bus. So far all is well with me and my family.
My grandmothers nursing home is in lock down, so we can't visit her and Patrick can no longer volunteer there till at least June, maybe longer if things don't settle down.

We went to visit a lady on Monday who is looking after nine koalas affected by the fires. I donated some material that can be made into various things needed for wild life.
There is also a lot of rain heading to the Eastern states at the moment that will hopefully help to put out some of the long term fires over there. They are just hoping it doesn't start any flash flooding due to the low vegetation.
