    NYPD instructed that a woman going topless is not a violation of the law and not to arrest her. Wonder if I could get by with that here in North Central Texas?

      not illegal up here either (Ontario). Usually too cold to take the 'girls' out on my strolls.

      LOL From childhood I thought it was unfair guys could go without shirts and we girls couldn't.

      I remember when it became legal for women to do it here in Ontario. Fortunately, for the children around anyways, not many actually take advantage of this. I've only seen it happen a couple times at the beach, but even then it wasn't busy at the time either.
