Playing sims with a 32" screen tv as a monitor. it looks so pretty

You could build a holiday home!!! Like a little getaway type place. A log cabin like Blue suggested but on a large lot with lots of trees and lake style pond stuff. Maybe even a small waterfall? Now my mind is working overtime and I already have my sims picked out to move in. XD
