Great, they moved after dark to another channel and they are censoring it big time. The whole point of after dark was it being UNcensored. On top of that the live feeds are screwed up. Son of a.

Kale varies depending on how you prepare it. My favorite is kale chips with a little sea salt.

I use it in Juice and mix it with apple and carrots, so it's not too bad. Really it is just a variety of cabbage. I am hoping to get some going in the garden.

I'm thinking of trying to make some juices here at home. Have any recommended recipes? :D
