That tells me the application has a memory leak. Beyond that I would suggest watching what processes it starts when you start it. Seems something is not closing when you quit the app.

k, i'll watch. It throws "out of memory" exceptions (nothing to do with my computer, but the program's)

Not sure how into this you want to get, but take a note from SimAd. Consider running this app in a virtual machine. VmWare player is free.
