Ah, wow, not good. Couldn't imagine what the problem was. The winter storm in our area didn't shut them down. Dad was actually called in to work early cuz of the weather.

UPS has become my far my least favorite package delivery system. Unless it's something from Amazon, I think Amazon has threatened to kill them if they screw up their guaranteed shipping dates.
