One good thing about living in Arizona, no daylight savings change. One bad thing, the time on satillete TV gets screwed up because the rest of the country does go on daylight savings.
-
That always throws me off. My aunt has a house in Bullhead. The time does not change there, but go over the bridge 3 minutes away and you lost an hour. I used to get so confused.
-
I wish we didn't bother with it because what difference it makes sure doesn't last long (at least here) AND it messes up sleep. :(

One irritating thing is that my apartment is connected to the apartments next to me through the air conditioning ducts. I can hear their conversations, and they can probably hear me. I just hope my neighbor didn't think I was yelling at her when I was yelling at my Sims today. (A couple has a baby, and I was yelling at the mother to get her ass to the carpool and the dad to get his ass out of bed and change the baby's diaper.)

One odd thing about Arizona: we don't go on Daylight Savings time, but we switch timezones. Today we are Pacific, tomorrow we will be Mountain. Its confusing sometimes.

Yup. The only part of Arizona that does go on Daylight Savings is one of the Indian Reservations. The rest of the state stays the same time all year round. I did't worry about it when I was a kid, but it does impact things I do now since some parts of the year we are considered Pacific and some parts Mountain.

My biggest problem was when you left my aunt's vacation house, crossed the Colorado into Nevada and had to change times. I was always so confused.
-
I really wish we didn't have to change the time because it doesn't make much difference.
-
Owww. The area really hurts after the prep work for the second crown. I recently signed up with a temp agency and they scheduled a job interview for me after my appointment with the dentist. Not fun. Plus I've been feeling sick yesterday and today. ugh.

*hug* That is such lousy timing.
-
Sorry to hear that you are in the pain. Wish you fast recovery and nice rest.
-
Feel better hope your job interview goes well. That is bad timing.
-
Phew, it was just a fan that needed replacing and not the hard drive.

The problem with intermittent computer problems is that they are intermittent. I just hope that they computer shop can find out what is going on with my computer (my Sims computer is in the shop for intermittent loud noises and vibrations. I hope its a fan and not the hard drive.) I'm on my laptop which is good for job searching on the internet and other internet activities but it doesn't meet specs for Sims.

Trying to fax anything at my house takes twice as long because I always have to move a cat off the papers, or move a cat off the fax/printer. Cats sure do know how to get in the way.

Lately I find one of mine lying in the sink all the time when I use the bathroom and want to wash my hands.
-
LOL Doren I thought Chong was the only cat that did that, mostly in summer though, my bathroom is colder then blue blazes in winter.
Chong likes my pillow the best or to lay on the dogs.

Precious hardly ever leaves the hearth except to use the cat box, eat, and greet Quentin when he comes home from school. At night she sleeps with him.

Ugh and Ouch. I feel like absolute crap after the surgery, and the splints won't be taken out for another week.

If it's acetaminophen (Tylenol or similar) painkillers can you not take ibuprofen (Advil) in between doses to take the edge off the pain? It's what I've done when I've had medical stuff and needed meds to help manage the pain.
-
It's hydrocodone mixed with Acetominophen. They told me not to take Advil or Aspirin because of being blood thinners.
-
(I had blood coming out my nose the first day, and it has now clotted and stopped bleeding. I wish I could take Advil for when the Acetominophen stops working and I can't take more.)

Ugh, just got home from the ER. Some fool actually gave me the Flu.

Now that wasn't very nice to share!
Hope you are feeling better.

Ugh. I wish there was an easier way to go back one patch level than uninstalling and reinstalling. The base game takes so long to download.
-
Ugh. Its a little past midnight and Air Raid Sirens keep going off at the Air Force base I live near. They've been doing drills all day, you would think they could stop at midnight.

Who would have thought that a deceased person's taxes need to be kept the same as a living persons? I am trying to reduce the amount of boxes around the house since I may be moving into a much smaller apartment, but apparently I need to keep 7 years of my mom's taxes (she died in 2012).
-
Yay I can breathe! Got the splints out this morning and breathing is much easier now
