I am practicing building techniques such as the sloped? ceilings, or the barn/attic type ceilings. I am attempting to stick to a minimum of CC and see how I like the houses I can make so.

Oh oh oh! I know the cure.

We went to visit a lady on Monday who is looking after nine koalas affected by the fires. I donated some material that can be made into various things needed for wild life.

There is also a lot of rain heading to the Eastern states at the moment that will hopefully help to put out some of the long term fires over there. They are just hoping it doesn't start any flash flooding due to the low vegetation.

Sounds wise. I've definitely cut back on how much extra I'm willing to work within the last few years. learning my limits. 

We have a few threads in the Sim For All section that would be the perfect place. Trif also has a picture tutorial located there if it is of use to you.

Oh - frequently!  I could give a 12 week seminar in Expectation v. Reality.  Knowing what you actually want is like Level 10 Self-Examination. Hopefully, you still were able to appreciate what you got for what it was. :)

I did that Saturday, and yes it was quite satisfying indeed!
