If anyone (seems to be my usual intro XD) is still missing TS3 packs, it's on Steam right now for 75% off.

Ahhh, that would definitely get the job done, too.

I can confirm that Steam CD Keys for Sims 3 can be redeemed in Origin. I just got Fast Lane, Movie Stuff, and the 70s, 80s, and 90s packs. The only extra steps were that I did have to get the base game for Steam to be able to buy them, and I installed the Steam client to be able to see my game library to get the CD keys. Not sure if I had to do that second part, or if I could have found them online.

*pokes forum* Is it just me or is it awfully slow lately?

Right now the forum behaves for me. Not the fastest but no complaints either. *keeps fingers crossed*
-
I am not seeing anything different or having a slow Forum here.
-
The hamster seems to be be running again for me here. Pages are loading a lot faster now.

OK, how about now? We are looking at the permissions right now. Hopefully we get this straight soon.

Yep!

Coolio! Sorry, we are probably going to have a lot of weirdness for a bit while we work through it. :)

Only some threads that are heavy with pictures open slowly for me.

I was just thinking the same thing. It's to the point that even I am only showing up every few days anymore.
-
I messaged TFM about it yesterday. She told me that she would look into things later today. *fingers crossed*

Why do fenced in gardens add to the tile count?
- Show previous comments 1 more
-
I think that's it. Anything with a boundary is one tile for the game, I think.
-
You have to leave one tile open I believe for it not to count. I've seen others just put a bush or some other object to make up the empty spot as a work around.
-
Good solution, I think.

Hm. In the early days of computing there were no programming languages such as there are today. Then, to program a computer you needed to use machine code or "Assembly" To store a value in a register for the computer to use you would "poke" it there. To access that data you could then "peek" the register.
So ends today's lesson on peek and poke and how they came to be used in computerese.

I would love them if they run half-way flawlessly. As it is, it often takes forever until there's a reaction. - Pretty annoying.
-
Well that sure didn't take long, sorry it gives you issues *hugs*
-
I usually get a slight delay in the beginning but after that it runs quite well - not bad for anything sims related :D
